About Me

My name is Ryan Zirk. I had a slight interest in stop-motion animation when I was younger but never really got obsessed until a very good friend of mine gave me a copy of "Baby Snakes". Bruce Bickfords work completely morphed my universe into a place where anything can happen. Up until then, I had never been exposed to anything like that. I do experiments with clay and make little films to feel productive with myself. I like the idea of taking inanimate objects and bringing them to life. I like creating art and am inspired by lots of great artists and life in general. I have aspirations of making a longer film in the very near future and hope to spend many hours away from the hustle and bustle of the "real world". Animation is my escape.
