This group for people that don't have a big budget, in this group we will pass along tips and tricks on how to make a good animation with little $$$$$$$$$$.

Since SMS went out, there hasn't been a site where you can step through a video frame by frame. I am a software developer, and saw that there is definitely an advantage to being able to step through the frames, and so I decided to make a video player that was able to do that, plus a few extra features. I just recently finished the player, and am ready to start uploading videos to it. I want to know if anybody would like to volunteer their film to be indexed by this player.
