About Me

Originally from Westhoughton (Bolton, UK) I have been passionate from an early age in stop-motion animation. Along my educational time I studied at Wigan and Leigh College in Wigan where I developed his skills in Wire Sculpture, then after college studied stop-motion at the University of Central Lancashire where I obtained a 2.1 B.A (Hons) Degree. since finishing university I have worked on more wire sculptures as well as making prosthetic masks and fine tuning my sculpting skills.
At present am not in the animation industry or special effects, though I am trying very hard to enter either one of the two. I'm currently starting on a stop-motion short which will be distributed to Animation Festivals in 2011/12 and I'm hoping to be working along side my special effects friend Mike Peel on future effects projects.

Hobbies

fire breathing, stop-motion animating, sculpting in wire and plasticine, watching sci-fi, creature, fantasy and horror films at cinemas, visiting zoos and museums, photography and meeting up with friends for nights out in metal clubs or for a quiet drink.
