It's synthetic cotton. Easy to find.

What material have you employment for the smoke, if is it cotton is a very strange cotton. The result is awesome.

The rabbit also is very suggestive.
Only you have to polish the movement of the puppets, for example making circular ways and thinking in the whole movement before shot.
