This is a really great tutorial! I have recently been making a hybrid armature where the arms and legs are made using this method. The only thing I could recommend is that if you want the joints to hold for a longer time, using lock washers works very well. Lock washers may make the joints stiff, however they rarely loosen. For my armature I used tooth lock washers. Hope that this technique helps  big_smile
