Funny, right now I'm working on an animation with a LOT of lip syncing. Doubt I'll finish it in time, though.

It's still good!  I've done a few challenges that weren't finished until long after the due date, but they still put the idea into my head and got me started.  The Seventh Skol was one, inspired by Castlegardener's topic "puppet needs a drink" here on this forum - instead of a 10 second animation that was rushed to make the deadline, I took longer and made a 2 minute film.  The deadline helps, because it pushes you to get on with it and not just think about it forever,.  But the main thing is, it gets you animating, and if still you end up with some finished work, the challenge has served it's purpose.
I wish I had time to do this month's challenge, but I'm way behind in some set building and puppet making work for others.

Whoa, just watched F & S Studio's entry, I love it!       Great character voice and timing, and the lip-synch works perfectly to merge the voice with the puppet.  It didn't need another frame, it's exactly the right length.

Man, I loved the topic, Im even working on a charecter, though I might not make it in time.
