Loose Cannon. . . hmm, makes me think of diarrhea. . . which I'm not going to turn into a stop motion film.

And yes, I'm a noob to this website. I've been animating for a very very long time, but the animation isn't my best in this entry, because our A.C. is broken and our house is sweltering hot. My plasticine didn't stand a chance and was honestly melting.

Nice work, Eli. Congrats on being the first entry. I don't quite get where 'Loose Cannon' fits into it, though. Was the big orange guy a bit of a loose cannon? He certainly wasn't happy

Thanks! In my opinion, the Loose Cannon was more of the yellow guy, because he was being amused by the sky and clouds while his blue friend was tossing him a ball.

Side note: I don't know if any of you visit 11secondclub.com, but they love seeing stop-motion over there. They're August animation competition is perfect for animateclay.com's August animation competition.
It's late in the month, and you have to use the audio clip they provide at 11secondclub.com, but it's worth a shot. I'm going to try to start & finish my entry this weekend and submit it both here and 11secondclub.com.
