Stelios Polychronakis who currently resides in Greece has completed a short film project titled The Village.
It's Stelios' first serious stop motion project, but judging from the looks of the trailer it looks like it will really be a great film. The description on YouTube that we found essentially says that the main puppet is a doctor who was called to a village. He arrives thinking his services are needed to help the locals, only he finds the village is completely empty. The puppet was made by the famous MacKinnon and Saunders company after he wrote them an e-mail about his project. They are the same company who made the Corpse Bride, Bob the Builder and Lipton Iced Tea puppets that were so famous. Here's the trailer for the film that he's posted recently. The software he used to make his film is Stop Motion Pro, which you can also find on our site here.
