Peter Ellis has been working on a film called Factory Dogs and recently completed the films web site.
On the web site he has a lot to look at, including some behind the scenes videos and pictures. He also has the story outline and descriptions of the cast of characters, which are all made of plasticine. Here's a video of Peter making one of the puppets from an ArmatureFX kit:
I've been lucky enough to see the official trailer for the film, and the animation looks great so far. The replacement clay mouths work well with the voices, and there is a distinctly UK influence in the whole production. But Peter is still trying to get the rights to use some copyrighted material for it before he can release it.
Take a look at the film site here, and the blog for the film here. It's worth bookmarking and checking out every now and then when updates are made.
