Montreal Stop Mo Festival Entry Extended!

Montreal – September 1, 2010 – The Montreal Stop Motion Film Festival is happy to announce an extended deadline for its call for entries until the 24 of September.
This extension will allow both schools and production houses to send their latest work.
The festival will showcase more than 60 films from around the world; all created using Stop Motion Animation and will be taking place on October 29, 30 and 31, 2010, at Concordia University’s J.A. de Sève Theater (1453 Mackay Street, Montreal).
Filmmakers can submit films to four categories of competition: Professional (less than 1 minute) Professional (more then 1 minute), Independent and Academic.

The Montréal Stop Motion film Festival is an initiative of Erik H. Goulet, director of the festival and teacher in the animation department of Concordia University since 2001.
