Hello everyone,
i was wondering what you all think about animation begin credits,
Also what would be good for an intro before an animation?
And how about the end credits, what would look best,
i prefer doing it in clayanimation but i have been thinking about just use the black screen fade in and out.
can anyone advise me on this?

Coming from a filmmaking stand point, I prefer white titles over a black screen. I would think a lot would depend on any time constraints you might have. It's quicker and cleaner to make titles in Photoshop or GIMP rather than making them in clay or another animated medium. However, an animated title sequence, either in the beginning or at the end, might fit better when the film.

I'm just beginning to get into this, but for me I want to make a series. My opening sequence with the title will be the same every time and we'll only have to do it once. The end credits will be traditional to film, white titles over black.

Thank you and goodluck with your own series,
I just finished mine, but it has very short episodes, learned a lot from it.
Series are great because you can grow with your character while animating :)
But i still need to work on my intros...i think that part of a movie or series also can be kind of comercial like and is very interesting to look into, you can express it in a lot of different unique ways.
