Banned Episodes of Pingu?

Steve Reviews on YouTube goes over the history of Pingu. The television series was originally produced in Switzerland by Otmar Gutmann and Erika Brueggemann. It was broadcast to many different countries around the world, some of which banned several episodes. But why?
